Why attend

When emotions stay stuck, they can feel heavy, confusing, or hard to name.

Art gives you another way in.

In this event, you’ll learn a simple creative process that helps you slow down, express what you’re feeling, and make space for clarity.

Who it's for

This event is for you if you want a gentle way to understand your emotions.

It is also for you if you feel stuck in your head, tired of overthinking, or unsure how to move through what you are carrying.

No art experience is required.

What to expect

This is a guided, nonverbal creative experience where you'll use art, not conversation, to explore and express your thoughts and emotions. While you'll create alongside others in a group setting, this is not group counseling or group sharing. Everyone is on their own personal journey, and you'll have the space to focus on your own experience as I gently guide you through each step.

There is no pressure to make something beautiful.

There is no right or wrong outcome.

The focus is on expression, reflection, and creating space for what you feel.

No pressure. No performance. Just a safe space to discover and express what words often cannot.
